- Supervise and monitor daily work activities of the team
- Prepare and deliver daily lesson plans
- Ensure classroom instruction aligns with Illinois State Readiness Measures
- Model best practices in early childhood education
- Build trusting relationships with parents and engage in conversations about child development
- Track and record program metrics for grant compliance
Requirements
- Mature and personal Christian faith
- Committed to the mission, vision, and values of World Relief
- Desire to serve and empower the Church to impact vulnerable communities
- Able to affirm World Reliefs Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, and Christian Identity
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- Passion for inclusive, culturally responsive early childhood learning environments
