Sales Development Rep

• Collaborate closely with your Account Executives and Marketing to identify target accounts, execute strategic campaigns, and generate high-quality pipeline across your territory.
• Engage inbound and outbound prospects through a thoughtful multi-channel approach. Ask great questions, uncover business challenges, and qualify opportunities that create value for both the customer and our sales teams.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, Sumble, AI-powered tools, and other sales technologies to research accounts, identify key decision-makers, personalize your outreach, and maximize your effectiveness.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Elastic platform, our AI-powered solutions, and the industries we serve so you can confidently articulate business value and connect customer challenges with the right solutions.
• Take ownership of your growth by embracing coaching, continuous feedback, and ongoing enablement. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues who are invested in helping you build a successful long-term career at Elastic.
