About the role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key industrial and marine customers
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across Spain
  • Develop tailored account strategies, understand customer challenges, and present effective solutions
  • Drive revenue growth, volume, and margin across assigned accounts
  • Build and manage a strong, realistic pipeline of new business
  • Partner with marketing teams to enhance visibility of our products and brand
  • Monitor and report on lubricants and CVL sales activity in the region
  • Deliver accurate, timely reporting to management
  • Maintain close communication with customer service teams located in our Gibraltar office

Requirements

  • Proven field-based business development and account management experience
  • While marine sector sales experience is helpful, we remain open to candidates without it
  • Background in lubricants or technical/engineering products would be an added advantage
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is essential
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Spain as needed
