• Independently leads client strategy and service for complex WPGC clients
• Prepares for and facilitates strategy meetings
• Reviews exposures against coverages and performs gap analysis
• Consults with the Placement team to optimize overall placement strategies
• Reviews, finalizes, and facilitates proposal meetings

• Oversees confirmation of coverage, policies, and endorsements

Personal Lines Account Executive

Analyst

• Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of direct bill statements and deposits.
• Working closely with account teams and service leaders.
• Assisting in the review and resolution of transaction discrepancies and reconciliation problems.
• Communicating effectively with carriers and internal contacts to align with company guidelines and contract requirements.
• Maintaining payment and reconciliation documentation.
• Collaborating with other members of the Direct Bill team and the Direct Bill Manager.

Direct Bill Analyst

Data Analyst

• Design, maintain, and debug data pipelines to aggregate and normalize financial and operational data from Microsoft Fabric.
• Design, maintain, and debug data integrations with third party partners/vendors.
• Identify new data sources that would be useful for data analytics.
• Build and maintain custom dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key metrics such as AUM growth, advisor productivity, fee revenue, and client retention.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on asset flows, pricing models, and advisor compensation structures.
• Collaborate with finance to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting with clean, reliable data.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, Python scripts, and BI dashboards to automate recurring reporting and analytics tasks.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and proactively identify discrepancies or anomalies.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights.
