About the role
- Develop and lead an Immigrant Experience and Engagement Community Partnership Strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement strategies
- Identify relevant local and global emerging trends
- Advise senior leadership on culturally responsive practices
- Build and deepen trusted relationships with immigrant communities
- Serve as a senior liaison with key immigrant community networks
- Design and oversee inclusive engagement initiatives
- Guide teams in applying community‑driven design processes and equitable evaluation methods
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset
- Significant experience in community engagement, immigrant advocacy, multicultural and inclusive leadership
- Strong skills in relationship management, cross‑cultural communication
- Proven experience in leading participatory processes, community‑driven design, and impact evaluation
- Strong ability to work within ambiguous, dynamic and entrepreneurial environments
- Excellent communication skills across oral, written, and presentation formats
- Strong analytical, planning, and decision‑making skills
