• - Develop and execute ambitious annual and multi-year revenue plans across major, mid-level, and recurring giving, and lead the launch of WCK's planned giving program.
• - Partner with Development leadership to ensure Individual Giving is fully aligned with organizational priorities and ready to surge when disaster response demands it.
• - Use data, insights, and a strategic eye to continuously refine your approach and seize new opportunities.
• Build and Inspire a High-Performing Team
• - Lead the Individual Giving team with clarity, energy, and accountability, setting priorities, OKRs, and a culture of shared ownership.
• - Coach and develop your team members, investing in their growth as much as the program's.

• - Serve as the primary voice for individual and major giving in cross-functional strategy discussions, campaigns, and organizational planning.
• - Partner with Marketing and Communications to craft donor communications that are compelling, consistent, and true to WCK's voice.

Individual Giving Director – Global Social Impact, Disaster Relief

Operations

• Oversee the strategic and day-to-day operations for receiving, recording, and stewarding donations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all fundraising processes.
• Coach Specialists in quality standards and introductory people-management responsibilities.
• Manage the full lifecycle of gift processing, from receipt of donation through acknowledgement and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and donor intent.
• Develop team priorities, oversee workflows, and ensure accountability for accuracy, timeliness, and donor satisfaction.
• Ensure timely and accurate gift entry, batching, and posting to Salesforce and Sage Intacct. Establish and maintain quality standards for gift revenue and assist with financial reconciliation and gift entry reporting.
• Manage the relationship with the lockbox/caging vendor, optimizing workflows and troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Maintain SLAs for donor response inquiries received via email, phone, postal mail and other fundraising platforms.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all team workflows.
• Oversee acknowledgements to refine and maintain efficient processing and delivery of donor acknowledgements and receipts. Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of Tribute and In Honor of gift requests.
• Manage the individual matching gifts process and coordinate closely with the corporate matching gifts team to ensure timely processing and tracking.
• Oversee the research of aging pledge commitments.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks on data, processes, and workflows to maintain compliance and improve efficiency.
• Identify, scope, and implement process improvements and automation that enhance the donor experience.
• Lead and implement process changes to enhance the team’s effectiveness and scalability.
• Maintain current knowledge of fundraising platforms and giving channels used by WCK donors; share best practices across teams.

Fundraising Operations Manager

• Coordinate and track operational tasks across the Development Operations team, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Establish, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key Development functions to promote consistency and clarity.
• Support the Director, Development Operations with cross-team project management and process follow-up.
• Manage administrative workflows related to legacy donations, including documentation, communication coordination, and internal processing requirements.
• Support administrative processes associated with donor gifts, agreements, contracts, and internal approval workflows.
• Maintain organized files, templates, and documentation for team-wide use.
• Provide Asana project management support, including task creation, updates, reminders, and timeline monitoring.
• Assist in identifying workflow inefficiencies and help implement streamlined processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Learn and use internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, project management tools) to support team needs and improve daily operations.
• Support a variety of donor stewardship and operational projects, such as:
• Quarterly stewardship reports
• Handwritten or personalized outreach projects
• Presentation materials and donor-facing content
• Activation support, including First Alerts
• Contribute to various team projects as assigned
