💰 $85,000 - $95,000 per year

About the role

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and CRO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Works closely with our Chief of Staff on executing our value creation plan, including assisting with board meeting preparation, quarterly planning and weekly executive meetings.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Arrange complex travel domestic and international itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for domestic and international trips.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executives and other stakeholders including external customers and internal team members, maintaining effective and professional communication.
  • Prepare, review, and manage various documents, presentations, and reports as needed, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for the executives for events, meetings, and conferences, both onsite and offsite.
  • Track and reconcile expenses for the executives, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Assist in managing office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, to ensure a well-functioning work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; a Master's degree, MBA, or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior executives, preferably within a SaaS software company.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed, including visits to company headquarters (Holmdel, NJ.), remote offices, company events, and trade shows.
