About the role

  • Develop and implement SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to rank products and services across search engines and generative platforms.
  • Conduct keyword, intent, and conversational search research for both traditional SEO and AI-driven search queries.
  • Optimize websites, blogs, product pages, and service pages with structured data, schema markup, and FAQ formats.
  • Create and manage content frameworks (Q&A content, product guides, localized landing pages) designed to surface in AI search and LLM outputs.
  • Improve E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) signals across websites and online assets.
  • Monitor brand presence in Google SGE, ChatGPT browsing, Perplexity, Gemini, and other generative search engines, and optimize accordingly.
  • Collaborate with content, paid ads, and design teams to ensure an integrated digital marketing strategy.
  • Track and report on performance metrics, using GA4, GSC, and AI search visibility tools.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in SEO, AEO, and GEO, and experiment with new strategies for ranking in AI-driven environments.

Requirements

  • Experience in local SEO & geo-targeting strategies.
  • Background in content marketing.
  • Familiarity with multilingual SEO (EN/FR or other languages).
  • Knowledge of AI training datasets, retrieval systems, and E-E-A-T ranking factors.
  • Proven experience in SEO and AEO with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) principles.
  • Knowledge of structured data (schema.org), knowledge graphs, and entity-based SEO.
  • Familiarity with Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, You.com and other AI search engines.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Semrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio).
  • Ability to create conversational, intent-driven content that ranks in generative AI.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
