About the role
- Provide guidance and support to Instructor-Led Training team
- Ensure training delivery aligns with internal standards through instructor recruitment and mentoring
- Drive continuous improvement of training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for corporate initiatives
- Recruit instructors and manage training centres in the region
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience as a health and safety professional
- Working knowledge of health and safety legislation and systems
- Outstanding communication skills in verbal and written formats
- Creative and process-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Drive to continuously improve
- Ability to anticipate team and client needs
- Skilled negotiator with resourcefulness in challenges
- Enthusiastic about working in a transforming environment
