About the role
- Provide guidance and support to the Instructor-Led Training team
- Ensure training delivery aligns with internal standards through recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching
- Drive continuous improvement of the Instructor training program
- Provide day-to-day leadership including performance expectations and strategic guidance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive corporate programs and initiatives
- Recruit instructors throughout the region and manage training centres
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience as a health and safety professional
- Working knowledge of health and safety legislation and systems
- Outstanding communicator in verbal and written communications
- Creative and process-oriented approach with pragmatic solutions
- Drive to continuously improve and exceed expectations
- Enthusiasm for working in a transforming environment
- Appreciation for cross-team collaboration
- Flexible and open to the ideas of others
