About the role
- Ensuring training delivery is in line with internal training standards
- Recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, coaching, and evaluating of instructors
- Drive continuous improvement of the Instructor training program
- Provide day-to-day leadership to Instructor-Led Training team
- Collaborate cross-functionally to implement corporate programs and initiatives
- Management and maintenance of training centres within your region
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience as a health and safety professional
- Working knowledge of health and safety legislation and systems
- Outstanding communication skills in formal and informal settings
- Creative and process-oriented approach
- Ability to find pragmatic solutions to problems
- Drive to continuously improve
