Full-stack Engineer

• You'll own the systems that power how we identify, enrich, score, and engage prospects at scale

GTM Engineer

Product Designer

• Lead greenfield initiatives end-to-end — research, scoping, definition, prototyping, implementation, and iteration — working directly with engineering to solve complex technical problems.
• Improve existing products across the entire platform (WorkOS Dashboard, Admin Portal, AuthKit, and more), with a focus on usability, accessibility, performance, and consistency.
• Engage directly with customers to get feedback, uncover friction, and transform findings into scalable, reusable patterns and flows.
• Contribute to our design system in Figma and code (WorkDS and Radix), creating, adapting, and deprecating patterns to keep the platform feeling like one product.
• Experiment with AI tools and emerging workflows to accelerate exploration and prototyping.

Account Manager

• Provide a exceptional experience to your assigned accounts’ key stakeholders
• Work with the wider Operations team to provide current state, resources and knowledge to enable exceptional experience across teams interacting directly with the user via support channels, external documentation, or product/feature feedback or development
• Foster long term customer relationships that grow loyalty to WorkOS and WorkOS products
• Work cross-functionally both internally and within your user’s organizations to provide and implement operational solutions on subjects not limited to fraud/disputes, declines, product adoption and global expansion
• Work closely with Sales and other user facing teams as part of a larger effort to support developers

AI Engineer

• Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Support, and Ops to uncover high‑leverage internal problems where AI can remove bottlenecks or unlock new workflows.
• Design and build tools that become part of people’s daily work – agents, automations, and workflows that are stable, observable, and easy to maintain.
• Use LLMs, embeddings, retrieval, and tool‑calling to plug into docs, Slack, GitHub, CRM, analytics, support systems, and internal services.
• Replace repetitive, multi‑step manual processes with orchestrated, AI‑driven flows that span multiple apps and data sources.
• Stay current on new models and tooling, run focused experiments, and help the team converge on patterns, libraries, and infra that compound over time.

Applied AI Engineer

• Introduce new features and shared services into the WorkOS Dashboard and Admin Portal
• Partner with UI engineers on UI components and frontend infrastructure
• Integrate WorkOS products into the WorkOS Dashboard as we dogfood our own product features
• Scope projects and document decisions with a developer-focused mindset
• Speak with customers regularly to get feedback, debug issues and remove points of friction
• Collaborate with other product teams, solutions engineering, and our go-to-market team

Product Engineer – Dashboard & Admin Portal

Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, closing, and expansion
• Build pipeline through a mix of outbound, inbound follow-up, and in-person events (especially in SF and New York)
• Develop internal champions by selling to a technical audience with a developer-first approach
• Run experiments to improve conversion across top-of-funnel, evaluation, and close (messaging, targeting, tooling, events, sequences)
• Partner closely with Solutions Engineers to drive evaluations forward and create delightful technical buyer experiences
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and reporting

• Identify, qualify and close high potential customers
• Lead experiments to increase revenue across our Enterprise segment

Infrastructure Engineer

• Design and maintain the distributed systems that power core parts of WorkOS
• Write and optimize backend services in TypeScript, with attention to performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Evolve our use of AWS and Infrastructure as Code to scale systems intelligently and sustainably
• Partner with product engineering teams to ensure systems are built with reliability and scale in mind

• Act as a hard + soft skill mentor and escalation point to junior members of the team

Security Engineer

• Lead secure design efforts. Partner with engineering teams on secure design and code reviews. Identify and prioritize risks early in the product lifecycle.

• Perform offensive security testing. Conduct penetration tests and code audits on new and existing products from an adversarial lens.

• Design and evolve the systems, tooling, and processes that improve the reliability and performance of WorkOS

• Work closely with enterprise customers to understand their compliance, key control, and security requirements—and translate that into features (e.g., key segmentation, audit logs, cryptographic deletion)
