• Work with our users daily via Slack, email, and Zoom
• Understand and be an expert in WorkOS’s products and codebase, supporting technologies such as SAML/OIDC, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks
• Provide technical advice to developers on best practices for integrating with our API
• Act as a hard + soft skill mentor and escalation point to junior members of the team
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise from the developer and diagnose any blockers
• Engage customers for feedback to help shape product development

Developer Success Engineer

Brand Designer

• Lead the design and evolution of the WorkOS website and broader digital ecosystem, including marketing pages, launch weeks, campaign experiences, and event sites
• Partner closely with designers, developers, marketers, and leadership to elevate the quality and consistency of all digital experiences
• Evolve and maintain a scalable UI design system across web and product marketing surfaces
• Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, elegant, and developer-friendly experiences
• Create cohesive visual and interaction patterns that strengthen the WorkOS brand across every digital touchpoint
• Continuously improve design quality through user feedback, experimentation, analytics, and evolving best practices
• Ensure all experiences are responsive, accessible, performant, and thoughtfully implemented across devices
• Leverage modern AI-assisted design and production tools where appropriate to accelerate workflows and exploration while maintaining a high standard for craft and quality
• Occasionally support broader brand initiatives including campaign creative, social assets, print collateral, and event branding
• Stay current on modern web design systems, interaction patterns, and emerging digital trends

Brand Design – Web

Recruitment

• Manage candidates through the entire interview process (sourcing, updating candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, setting expectations, etc.) while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified passive candidates.
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve candidate closing processes.
• Enhance referral programs to maximize the number of network-based referrals.
• Gather feedback from candidates and make data-driven improvements to the recruitment process including employer branding initiatives.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and refine interview loops, questions, and competencies to align with company goals and values.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all recruitment activities.

Recruiter

Security Engineer

• Build out our detection engineering capability. Design and implement detection logic across our SIEM, EDR, cloud security tools and identity systems. We want you to write detections as code — durable, tested, and version-controlled.
• Own security incident response. Lead and support security incident investigations using data analytics, log analysis, and system forensics across corporate and production environments. Build playbooks and runbooks for repeatable response.
• Extend detection into the product. Instrument additional application-level telemetry across the WorkOS platform to detect abuse patterns, anomalous authentication activity, and threats that target our customers' identities.
• Build tooling and automation. Develop scripts, integrations, and SOAR workflows to automate detection, enrichment, and response activities. We value engineering solutions over manual processes.
• Improve visibility and logging. Work with engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure the right logs are collected, normalized, and available. Identify gaps in monitoring coverage and close them.
• Partner with our MDR provider. Collaborate to validate detections, tune rules, and coordinate on incidents. Grow our internal capability over time while maintaining the partnership.
• Contribute to security operations maturity. Help build on-call rotation practices, tabletop exercises, post-incident reviews, and operational metrics for the security team.
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation for security incidents, with occasional evening or weekend availability for critical events.

Detection & Response, Security Engineer

Compliance

• Own our compliance function. Frameworks, policies, controls, and audits are yours.
• Lead our next certifications. Drive initiatives for FedRAMP and other frameworks; scoping the controls, documentation, and collaborating with others across the organization to make it happen.
• Partner directly with customers. Be the voice of our compliance program to our customers. Support audits, enable sales on compliance-gated deals, and build on the trust we've established with the companies that depend on us.
• Own risk across WorkOS. Run our risk and third-party risk programs. Identify risks as they emerge, drive remediation, and surface signal to leadership.
• Build GRC-as-code. Write code and tooling to automate the parts of GRC that don't need a human, and leverage AI where it fits.

GRC Engineer

Product Manager

• Own specific product areas with full accountability for outcomes — from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Talk to customers regularly and synthesize what you learn into clear, prioritized product direction
• Partner tightly with engineering and design to move from concept to shipped product quickly
• Define success metrics and use them to evaluate whether what you shipped actually worked
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and GTM to bring new features and products to market effectively
• Identify 0-to-1 opportunities — things that don't exist yet but should — and drive them from blank page to launch
• Make hard prioritization calls with limited information and defend them clearly
• Contribute to the broader product strategy and roadmap as the company scales
