About the role
- Be the first point of contact for Benelux customers and partners, handling multichannel interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to logistics, including scheduling, deliveries, and routing checks
- Guide customers through the online portal so they can use their circularity tools effectively
- Resolve contract and billing questions and handle complaints with a solution-focused mindset
- Manage the full lifecycle of customer cases via phone and email, ensuring transparency and “Waste No More” efficiency
Requirements
- C2/native French (spoken and written) and at least C1 English
- Ideally 2+ years of multichannel customer care experience with one employer, demonstrating stability and professional growth
- Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to find appropriate solutions to complex logistical questions
- Confident using CRM tools and digital portals
- Available and willing to attend on-site training and team-building events with the client and the WorkNomads community
