About the role

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to logistics, including scheduling, deliveries, and routing checks.
  • Guide customers through the online portal so they can use their circularity tools effectively.
  • Resolve contract and billing questions and handle complaints with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Identify complex cases and ensure timely escalation to second-line specialists when needed.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer cases via phone and email, ensuring transparency and “Waste No More” efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of multichannel customer care experience with one employer, showing stability and growth.
  • C2/native Dutch (spoken and written) and at least C1 English.
  • Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to find suitable solutions to complex logistical questions.
  • Confident using CRM tools and digital portals.
  • Available and willing to join on-site training and team-building events with the client and the WorkNomads community.
