Customer Support

• The Executive Support Specialist will be a key member of the CEO’s support team, acting as primary point of contact, gatekeeper, and liaison to internal stakeholders across the organization and key external partners.
• Manages complex calendars, travel logistics, communications, research, and briefing materials with professionalism, discretion.
• Provides confidential personal support to the CEO and administrative assistance to the broader executive team as needed.
• Requires access to confidential data and maintaining privacy.
• A typical day might include administrative support for the CEO: drafting correspondence, managing email flow, triage urgent requests; coordinating travel and preparation of travel packets; preparing and reconciling expense reports; developing briefing materials; conducting research; drafting/editing correspondence; creating slide decks; board materials coordination.
• Personal assistant support for CEO: manage personal scheduling; on-the-ground support; coordinate personal travel and events.
• Executive team support: track critical dates; assist with project management; coordinate events and retreats.
