Lead end-to-end design within your product team, from problem definition through to refining final interactions;
Turn ambiguous or technical journeys into intuitive, useful experiences for IT professionals;
Design journeys, interfaces, and interactions that simplify Microsoft 365 and cloud migration scenarios;
Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and domain experts to clarify scope and align strategy;
Prototype, test, and iterate quickly to validate hypotheses and strengthen solutions;
Use data, customer feedback, and product insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes;
Explore AI-driven opportunities to make migration and governance flows more efficient, predictive, and reliable;
Contribute to improving design practices through new tools, innovations, and methodologies;
Help evolve the design system and ensure experience consistency across ShareGate.

Requirements

6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS within multidisciplinary teams
Strong user-centered mindset and comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex environments
Expertise in strategy, UX journeys, UI design, and polished interaction details
Ability to balance speed of execution with high-quality outcomes
Experience working with technical audiences (IT, admin tools, platforms) — a plus
Experience designing or collaborating on AI-powered features
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Strong attention to detail and a deep commitment to design quality.
