Requirements

6+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS within cross-functional teams
Strong user-centric mindset and comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex environments
Proficiency in strategy, UX journeys, UI design, and polished interaction details
Ability to balance speed of delivery with high-quality outcomes
Experience with technical audiences (IT, admin tools, platforms) — a plus
Experience designing or collaborating on AI-powered features
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Strong attention to detail and a deep commitment to design quality.
