About the role
- Architect the “People Management Agent”.
- Lead the marketing function with a P&L mindset, prioritizing CAC, LTV and pipeline velocity.
- Identify opportunities in new segments and geographic markets.
- Build a creative, high-performing, rigorously data-driven marketing team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience; ideally with a trajectory through a growth phase between $10M and $50M ARR.
- Advanced use of AI tools to automate workflows, optimize investment, and personalize the customer journey.
- Ability to translate a complex technical vision into a clear, essential, and human narrative.
- Fluency in the language of sales and finance; obsessive focus on pipeline contribution and efficiency.
- Values transparency and open, honest debate.
