About the role
- Contribute to projects that modernize our desktop application, web services, and core architecture.
- Partner with other developers to design, implement, and deliver solutions from end to end.
- Collaborate with feature teams to ensure platform improvements meet their needs.
- Support and improve our build infrastructure and delivery pipelines.
- Propose and drive impactful improvements that raise the standard for the whole department.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience delivering commercial products with strong customer adoption;
- Solid experience in desktop or full-stack web development within a modern product engineering environment;
- Experience in full-stack web development and operating services in the cloud (Azure preferred);
- Proficiency with C# and the .NET ecosystem, including writing clean, maintainable, and testable code;
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform);
- Able to work independently on well-defined problems, making steady progress with minimal supervision;
- Good judgment in breaking down work, estimating complexity, and communicating progress or risks;
- Attention to quality through testing, thoughtful design, and proactive consideration of edge cases;
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, asking clarifying questions, and proposing solutions when requirements are not fully detailed;
- Experience integrating with the Microsoft API ecosystem (Graph SDK, MSAL, SharePoint CSOM/REST) is a plus.
