About the role
- Support MEDITECH Expanse training readiness through training design and planning
- Develop and maintain a detailed work plan aligned to project timelines and site go-lives
- Design and develop asynchronous e-learning modules for multiple clinical and non-clinical audiences
- Create and maintain supporting materials for training
- Actively support knowledge transition to internal resources
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with MEDITECH® Expanse
- Licensed and proficient use of Adobe Captivate (2019 release, 11.5.1.499)
- Strong understanding of acute care clinical workflows
- Demonstrated experience developing online adult education content
- Experience working in large healthcare organizations
