About the role

  • Maintains a detailed knowledge of Workiva products and the impact they can have on our customers and partners
  • Works cross-functionally within CPX and across Workiva
  • Utilize JIRA, Zendesk, Gainsight and Salesforce.com for customer and partner account and user management
  • Publish and moderate the digital customer communication experience
  • Triage customer feedback and collaborate with teams to address issues
  • Assist on various CPX strategic initiatives, projects, and tasks

Requirements

  • No previous professional experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Teamwork oriented with high attention to detail
  • Organized with ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task multiple projects simultaneously
  • High-energy, adaptable, and flexible with the ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment
  • Customer-first mentality with ability to identify needs and expectations
  • Technical aptitude, with competency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
