About the role
- Maintains a detailed knowledge of Workiva products and the impact they can have on our customers and partners
- Works cross-functionally within CPX and across Workiva
- Utilize JIRA, Zendesk, Gainsight and Salesforce.com for customer and partner account and user management
- Publish and moderate the digital customer communication experience
- Triage customer feedback and collaborate with teams to address issues
- Assist on various CPX strategic initiatives, projects, and tasks
Requirements
- No previous professional experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Teamwork oriented with high attention to detail
- Organized with ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task multiple projects simultaneously
- High-energy, adaptable, and flexible with the ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment
- Customer-first mentality with ability to identify needs and expectations
- Technical aptitude, with competency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
