You are the primary IT contact for the business units: you capture requirements in a structured way, identify the real need behind the request, and advise on how it can be implemented in a technically sensible and sustainable manner.
You assess incoming IT initiatives for feasibility and strategic fit, providing the basis for informed portfolio decisions.
You work closely with IT architects to evaluate new SaaS solutions on the market and assess their ability to integrate into the existing cloud landscape.
You manage IT projects end-to-end: from conception and the selection of external service providers to go-live and a clean handover to operations.
You actively contribute to shaping the overall IT project portfolio and keep track of ongoing and planned initiatives.
You continuously develop methods, processes and templates in requirements and project management with the objective of making collaboration between IT and the business units scalable.

Requirements

Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification
Initial solid experience in IT project management or business analysis, ideally in a modern cloud or SaaS environment
Solid understanding of digital software products and modern IT architectures; you can contextualize technical concepts even if you are not a developer
Strong communication skills: you capture requirements precisely, explain complex topics clearly, and negotiate confidently with external partners
Structured, pragmatic working style: you prioritize confidently when multiple projects run in parallel and find “fit-for-purpose” solutions instead of overengineering
Drive to progressively take on more responsibility and grow into increasingly complex projects
