You take technical responsibility for complex AWS migration projects for mid-sized and international clients
Together with your team you shape the entire migration process — from strategy and design to implementation
You lead and develop an interdisciplinary team of AWS experts and ensure excellence in project delivery
Close collaboration with decision-makers on the client side and within the organization
You have the freedom to shape processes, contribute your own ideas and actively influence our technical standards and methodologies

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in AWS cloud transformation, ideally as a lead/architect on migrations in international corporate or mid-market scenarios
Proven experience leading interdisciplinary teams and managing large-scale projects
Excellent knowledge of cloud architecture, migration, automation and AWS best practices
Strong communication skills in German and English, analytical thinking and enthusiasm for innovation and change
