About the role

  • You take technical responsibility for complex AWS migration projects for mid-sized and international clients
  • Together with your team you shape the entire migration process — from strategy and design to implementation
  • You lead and develop an interdisciplinary team of AWS experts and ensure excellence in project delivery
  • Close collaboration with decision-makers on the client side and within the organization
  • You have the freedom to shape processes, contribute your own ideas and actively influence our technical standards and methodologies

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in AWS cloud transformation, ideally as a lead/architect on migrations in international corporate or mid-market scenarios
  • Proven experience leading interdisciplinary teams and managing large-scale projects
  • Excellent knowledge of cloud architecture, migration, automation and AWS best practices
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, analytical thinking and enthusiasm for innovation and change
