About the role
- Operation, development and optimization of the Cisco network infrastructure (switching, routing, WLAN)
- Ensuring stable connectivity of buildings and sites
- Monitoring network utilization and analysing performance and availability
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents in network operations
- Participating in projects to modernize and expand the network architecture
- Supporting IP telephony and communication systems (VoIP)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
- Experience in networking with switching, routing and WLAN
- Knowledge of common network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, EIGRP)
- Structured, analytical working style and strong team skills
- Willingness to participate in occasional on-call duty
- Very good German language skills
- Driver’s license (Class B)
