About the role

  • Lead projects to deploy, configure, and manage complex AWS infrastructures and services.
  • Design and implement scalable and secure automation solutions for deployment and management tasks using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of AWS resources and services.
  • Develop and implement DevOps best practices to support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) of applications and services.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex issues in the cloud infrastructure and ensure security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to develop DevOps strategies and promote a DevOps culture across the organization.
  • Document architectures, processes, and solutions and provide training to team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience configuring and managing AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines and expertise in tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Travis CI.
  • Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and experience with tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Advanced skills in Linux and/or Windows system administration.
  • Programming experience in one or more of the following languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ruby, or Go.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • AWS Professional or Specialty certifications are a plus.
