About the role

  • Lead projects to design, deploy, configure, and manage complex Azure infrastructures and services.
  • Design and implement highly scalable and secure automation solutions for deployment and management tasks using Azure DevOps, Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell.
  • Continuously monitor, optimize performance, and manage security of Azure resources to ensure availability and reliability.
  • Define and implement DevOps best practices to support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) of applications and services.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues in the cloud infrastructure while ensuring security and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with development and IT teams to develop and implement DevOps strategies.
  • Document architectures, processes, and solutions, and provide training and mentoring to team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience configuring and managing Azure cloud services and infrastructures.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and extensive experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or Ansible.
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and experience with tools such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, or Ansible.
  • Advanced skills in Linux and/or Windows system administration.
  • Programming/scripting skills in one or more of the following: PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ruby, or Go.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Azure Expert certification or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
