About the role

  • Management and administration of a virtualized environment based on Citrix technology
  • Regular updates and maintenance of applications delivered via Citrix
  • Integration of new applications in coordination with the respective business units
  • Administration and maintenance of the highly available Citrix backend infrastructure
  • Fault analysis and resolution in the Citrix backend, and provision of 2nd- and 3rd-level support for users
  • Continuous optimization of the Citrix environment in collaboration with external partners
  • Configuration, deployment and maintenance of thin clients as part of endpoint device management

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist/Fachinformatiker) or a commercial qualification with an IT focus
  • Ideally several years of experience in the described areas, but motivated career starters are also welcome
  • Experience with enterprise IT infrastructures
  • Solid knowledge of core technologies such as Active Directory, DHCP and Group Policy
  • Experience configuring and managing thin clients, particularly IGEL, is desirable
  • Reliability and a structured, independent working style
  • Business-fluent German, written and spoken
