Independently manage and implement infrastructure projects – from technical conception to live operation
3rd-level support, analysis and sustainable resolution of complex system issues
Administration, maintenance and optimization of modern network infrastructures
Support and further development of virtualization (Hyper-V clusters), storage solutions (DataCore SAN Symphony) & Microsoft 365 environments
Responsibility for identity and access management with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) as well as security solutions / compliance
Support of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (Citrix VAD), Azure IaaS and virtual desktop environments
Implementation and further development of effective security concepts, monitoring and documentation of the system landscape

Requirements

Degree in IT, training as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in networking/virtualization, with Citrix VAD, NetScaler, DataCore, Microsoft 365, Azure, Hyper-V
Solid knowledge of network and security infrastructures (SonicWall, SentinelOne etc.)
Team player, hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for new technologies and continuous development
German language skills at least at C1 level
