Responsible for the installation, administration and optimization of the server and client environments
Maintaining and further developing the existing Windows Server 2019 environment as well as Microsoft Azure
Managing Active Directory and user permissions to ensure secure and efficient access
Supporting users with IT inquiries and technical issues
Administering and maintaining Baramundi, DocuWare and SharePoint to ensure smooth business processes
Virtualization with VMware and reliable backup using Veeam
Integrating new systems into the existing IT infrastructure and continuously optimizing the IT landscape

Requirements

Completed vocational training or degree in IT, e.g., as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or in business informatics
Several years of professional experience in IT systems administration
Deep expertise in current Microsoft operating systems
Experience in client management and solid knowledge of Office 365
Strong service orientation, flexibility and team spirit
Independent and structured way of working
Assertiveness and conceptual thinking for sustainable IT optimizations
