About the role

  • As a Junior Consultant you will support Modern Workplace projects for mid-sized and larger clients — from concept and design through to implementation.
  • You won’t be thrown in at the deep end; you’ll receive structured onboarding and be gradually introduced to increasing responsibilities.
  • Support for migrations to Microsoft 365 and modern endpoint environments
  • Work on client and device management projects (e.g. Intune, Endpoint Manager)
  • Support with patch management and security concepts
  • Participate in design workshops and requirements analyses
  • Assist with Office migrations and modernization projects
  • Automate and optimize client processes (e.g. PowerShell)

Requirements

  • IT vocational training, an IT-related degree, or initial practical experience in a project environment
  • Interest in Microsoft infrastructures and Modern Workplace topics
  • Initial exposure to Intune, MDM, Office 365, SCCM, client management, or security is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and eagerness to progress technically at pace
  • Independent, analytical working style
  • Very good German and good English skills
  • Willingness to travel for projects within northern Germany (approx. 10–30%)
