Overall responsibility for the IT infrastructure (network, servers, cloud, security)
Strategic reconstruction and development of a modern hybrid cloud architecture (cloud-first approach, Microsoft Azure)
Ensuring stability, performance and scalability of all business-critical systems
Introduction and continuous improvement of standards, monitoring, documentation and SLAs
Leading and developing a small IT team with a clear structure and operational proximity
Supporting a comprehensive system and process modernization (including ERP transformation to Business Central)
Close collaboration with executive management and business units to integrate all IT-relevant areas into a holistic architecture

Requirements

Several years of experience (approx. 7–10+ years) in IT infrastructure
Solid knowledge of network, server, cloud and security environments
Experience with hybrid setups or infrastructure migrations
Leadership experience or demonstrated ownership in infrastructure or transformation projects
Routine in operating complex IT landscapes (multi-site environments advantageous)
Structured, pragmatic working style and the desire to make a real impact in a mid-sized company
