About the role
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with employers
- Acquiring new clients and providing long-term account management
- Developing and optimizing Revenue Operations
- Implementing lead generation together with the marketing team
- Identifying influencers and referral partners to expand the sales network
- Negotiating contracts and partnerships
Requirements
- Relevant experience in B2B sales; experience in recruiting/HR is a plus
- Drive and a demonstrable track record of results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German
- Very good command of English
- Team player with a positive attitude
