About the role
- Establish and nurture profitable relationships with corporate and individual clients
- Manage client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance
- Research client's industry trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment
- Design solutions that address client's specific needs and objectives
- Communicate and negotiate terms beneficial for client and bank
- Provide guidance to clients supporting financial decisions
- Assess financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships
- Document client interactions and transactions for transparency and auditability
- Monitor client satisfaction and revenue generated
Requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills
- Target driven, with a clear focus on retention and growth
- Proactive approach, with the ability to uncover new opportunities within existing portfolios
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence meeting clients face to face
- Ability to manage a high volume portfolio while maintaining strong customer engagement
- Experience in acquiring payments or acquiring solutions
- Previous sales experience, ideally within financial services
- Understanding of payments, corporate banking or related products
- Experience identifying and developing business opportunities
