About the role

  • Establish and nurture profitable partnerships with corporate and individual clients
  • Management of client relationships to identify financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance

Requirements

  • An empowered, commercial driven individual who excels at building, negotiating and closing complex TMT relationship opportunities
  • Proven expertise in complex lending £1m+
  • Demonstrated success in managing and deepening client relationships with business turnover £5m+
  • Strong networking capabilities and a proactive approach to business development
  • Experience engaging with both internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
  • In-depth understanding of the TMT sector across the UK
  • A track record of organising and hosting client-facing events
  • A history of identifying and securing new business opportunities within the TMT space
  • Experience supporting fundraising businesses
  • Familiarity with the full suite of Business Banking products and services
  • Relevant lending certifications (CertBB&C & DipBB&C) or accreditations
  • Evidence of leadership experience, including mentoring or team management
