About the role
- Manage and develop existing and new products and/or services
- Ownership of related customer and colleague journeys
- Develop the product strategy, drive change, and make key decisions in the product lifecycle
- Develop product propositions and service strategy
- Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance, and potential risks
- Monitor market trends and feedback to refine products
- Manage comprehensive launch plans and technical deployments
- Monitor key metrics such as adoption rates and customer satisfaction
- Advise key stakeholders and manage risks
- Collaborate with other areas for business aligned support
Requirements
- Extensive demonstrable experience of working with and managing a broad range of stakeholders in a matrix environment
- Considerable understanding of Customer journey management and improvement
- Significant experience of using data to make decisions and recommendations
- AGILE delivery experience
- Demonstrable commercial acumen
- Good understanding of risk and control frameworks
- Considerable experience leading others
