About the role
- Manage the executive's schedule

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive assistant managing multiple Directors (minimum of 3 years)
- Strong organisation skills to manage complex diaries, travel plans and competing priorities and time zones
- Demonstrable Communication skills, both verbal and written, being detail oriented
- MS office skills, such as PowerPoint
- Proactive and Collaborative mindset
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
