About the role
- Manage change projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Develop and manage project plans that outline objectives and resource requirements
- Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed about project progress
- Manage project teams and budgets to ensure objectives are met
- Create reports on project progress for stakeholders
- Manage project risks and facilitate change management activities
- Ensure change projects are successfully implemented and embedded in the organization
Requirements
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Dynamic, proactive, and self-motivated approach
- Solid understanding of governance frameworks
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in leading projects end-to-end
- Lean Six Sigma certification (desirable)
- Formal project management qualification (desirable)
- Familiarity with PRINCE2 and MSP frameworks (desirable)
