• Diseñar, ejecutar y escalar estrategias de crecimiento en el funnel.
• Trabajar con producto, marketing y data para identificar oportunidades.
• Analizar métricas (AARRR) para detectar palancas de crecimiento.
• Colaborar con producto para incorporar loops de crecimiento viral.
• Gestionar y optimizar campañas de paid, SEO/SEM, email marketing.
• Implementar y mantener el stack de herramientas de growth.
• Reportar resultados de experimentos y comunicar impacto.

Growth Manager

• Build and manage integrations across multiple marketing, content, and industry platforms using APIs and automation tools
• Design and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Notion, and similar no-code/low-code solutions
• Consolidate data from different sources and structure it for reporting, analysis, and operational use
• Create and improve dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools to support both internal teams and client reporting
• Help develop internal scoring, insight, and recommendation systems that turn raw data into clear actions
• Reduce manual work and operational friction by improving how data, content, and campaign assets move across platforms
• Support the creation of tools and workflows for influencer sourcing, briefing, content organization, and distribution across media and CMS platforms
• Recommend practical, scalable technical solutions based on business needs, existing tools, and team workflows
• Work closely with Growth Marketing and Client Services teams to support campaign execution and client delivery
