About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage integrations across multiple marketing, content, and industry platforms using APIs and automation tools
  • Design and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Notion, and similar no-code/low-code solutions
  • Consolidate data from different sources and structure it for reporting, analysis, and operational use
  • Create and improve dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools to support both internal teams and client reporting
  • Help develop internal scoring, insight, and recommendation systems that turn raw data into clear actions
  • Reduce manual work and operational friction by improving how data, content, and campaign assets move across platforms
  • Support the creation of tools and workflows for influencer sourcing, briefing, content organization, and distribution across media and CMS platforms
  • Recommend practical, scalable technical solutions based on business needs, existing tools, and team workflows
  • Work closely with Growth Marketing and Client Services teams to support campaign execution and client delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience working with APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Notion, or similar platforms
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting workflows using Looker Studio or other BI/data visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of data flows, data organization, and marketing or operational reporting
  • Experience designing practical solutions for automating repetitive workflows and reducing manual processes
  • Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams and translate business needs into workable systems
  • Good English communication skills for internal collaboration and occasional client-related support
  • Availability to work within EST or CST-friendly hours
  • Experience in marketing operations, martech, agency environments, or growth systems is a strong plus
  • Based in Mexico City is a plus, but not required
