About the role
- Scaling the team: find, interview, and hire the right recruiters and sourcers.
- Own contracts, onboarding flows, and exit processes.
- Run check-ins with new hires and hold 1:1s for feedback, growth, and engagement.
- Develop fair, clear KPIs for recruiters and sourcers.
- Track results and prepare simple reports/presentations.
- Formalizing, rebuilding processes, and creating clear, practical playbooks.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in HR/People Ops (generalist, talent partner role).
- Experience in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced, client-centric business.
- Hands-on experience hiring recruiters, sourcers, or other high-performance roles.
- Proven ability to design or refine KPIs and compensation structures.
- Experience building processes from scratch or near zero.
- Background in IT recruitment or solid understanding of the European tech market, tech roles, and stacks.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Russian.
