About the role

  • Scaling the team: find, interview, and hire the right recruiters and sourcers.
  • Contracts & onboarding/offboarding: own contracts, onboarding flows, and exit processes.
  • Regular check-ins & performance support: run check-ins with new hires and hold 1:1s for feedback.
  • Performance & KPIs: Develop fair, clear KPIs for recruiters and sourcers.
  • Structuring and documenting processes: formalizing effective processes and creating clear, practical playbooks.
  • Brand & recognition: Research and apply for industry awards.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in HR/People Ops (generalist, talent partner role).
  • Experience in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced, client-centric business.
  • Hands-on experience hiring recruiters, sourcers, or other high-performance roles.
  • Proven ability to design or refine KPIs and compensation structures.
  • Experience building processes from scratch or near zero.
  • Background in IT recruitment or a solid understanding of the European tech market.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
