About the role
- Scaling the team: find, interview, and hire the right recruiters and sourcers.
- Contracts & onboarding/offboarding: own contracts, onboarding flows, and exit processes.
- Regular check-ins & performance support: run check-ins with new hires.
- Performance & KPIs: develop fair, clear KPIs for recruiters and sourcers.
- Structuring and documenting processes: formalizing what works and creating clear playbooks.
- Brand & recognition: research and apply for industry awards.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in HR/People Ops (generalist, talent partner role).
- Experience in a recruitment agency or a fast-paced, client-centric business.
- Hands-on experience hiring recruiters, sourcers, or other high-performance roles.
- Proven ability to design or refine KPIs and compensation structures.
- Experience building processes from scratch or near zero.
- Background in IT recruitment or a solid understanding of the European tech market.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Russian.
