About the role
- The Account Manager plays a key role in supporting our rapidly growing retail partner network.
- This position collaborates closely with Sales, Logistics & Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless account setup, order execution, and dealer satisfaction.
- Partner side-by-side with the Sales team to support and grow retail accounts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics & Operations and Finance to ensure smooth order processing and account execution
- Own backend account setup and system execution for new and existing dealers
- Manage order entry with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide best-in-class dealer customer service and ongoing account support
- Lead the rollout and execution of our merchandising program across retail partners
- Support dealers with product information, program details, and operational guidance
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and dealer experience
Requirements
- 2–4 years of sales or account management experience (bike or outdoor industry preferred)
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required) and willingness to learn new systems
- Experience with order entry, ERP/CRM systems a plus
- Passion for cycling and/or working in the outdoor industry preferred
