About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to expand sales, profitability, and market share
- Cultivate and strengthen deep, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure impactful point of sale presentations
- Partner closely with outside sales representatives to drive sales performance
- Lead complex negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Oversee and manage the order entry process for accounts
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage budgets for assigned accounts
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to internal stakeholders and key account partners
- Travel to key accounts to lead training initiatives and deepen strategic relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar senior sales role
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics platforms
- Experience within the cycling, outdoor, or juvenile products industry is a significant advantage.
