About the role
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce engineering plans and exhibits.
- Work for and under the advisement of licensed engineering and survey professionals to fulfil site civil and underground utility-related tasks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support project objectives (scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, client satisfaction) in accordance with established metrics.
- Develop or improve technical expertise in site/civil design, hydrology/hydraulics, erosion and sedimentation control, slope stability, underground utilities, and stormwater management.
- Support projects from proposal to completion, including helping to establish budgets and schedules, attending client meetings and site visits, assisting with data collection and analysis, troubleshooting processes, documentation, and collaborating on team training.
Requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
- 0-5 years of experience.
- EIT/FE Certification or ability to obtain.
- Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D (strongly preferred) or MicroStation.
- Exposure to Autodesk Vehicle Tracking, Bluebeam, HydroCAD, Microsoft Suite, and other relevant software products a plus.
- Ability and willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment, across multiple teams and disciplines.
