Be a subject matter expert in performing hydrologic modeling
Responsible for stormwater design and permitting.
Including site evaluation, stormwater control practice design, E&S controls/SWP3 support, existing design analysis and improvement, and the details of jurisdictional regulations.
Requirements
Strong working knowledge of hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software tools (such as HydroCAD) as well as competency drafting in Civil3D.
Some experience in ArcGIS Pro or other ESRI products would be a plus.
Comfort with state, federal, local, and municipal hydrologic design requirements.
Experience specifically with Ohio EPA and City of Columbus regulations would be a plus.
Willing to work collaboratively with existing team, including mentoring and cross-training.
Build from internal team tools, standard references (texts, jurisdictional documentation, data servers), and other resources to help continuously improve processes and deliverables.
Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Software: HydroCAD, HEC-RAS.
Travel: We have several projects/clients in Ohio, travel to the area may be possible.
