About the role

  • Design, develop, and implement OpenText ECM solutions based on business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain OpenText workflows, forms, templates, and reports.
  • Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for OpenText development and implementation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenText solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest ECM technologies and trends.
  • Design, customize OpenText products; integrate systems; troubleshoot issues to optimize business processes.
  • Work with management and key users to recognize and identify business opportunities.
  • Analyst must maintain a total Woodward perspective when selecting a solution and collaborate and drive to common business processes across the organization.

Requirements

  • US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) – preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Opentext analysis and development
  • Expertise in Opentext Content Server, Archive Server, Enterprise Scan, and Extended ECM
  • Strong knowledge in Java development
  • Experience in configuring and customizing workflows and forms
  • Ability to design and develop complex solutions in Opentext
  • Knowledge of Opentext REST APIs and integration with external systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Solid understanding of business systems and manufacturing environments.
  • Solid understanding of system life cycle methodologies
