About the role
- Design, develop, and implement OpenText ECM solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain OpenText workflows, forms, templates, and reports.
- Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Contribute to the development of best practices for OpenText development and implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenText solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest ECM technologies and trends.
- Design, customize OpenText products; integrate systems; troubleshoot issues to optimize business processes.
- Work with management and key users to recognize and identify business opportunities.
- Analyst must maintain a total Woodward perspective when selecting a solution and collaborate and drive to common business processes across the organization.
Requirements
- US – Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) – preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Opentext analysis and development
- Expertise in Opentext Content Server, Archive Server, Enterprise Scan, and Extended ECM
- Strong knowledge in Java development
- Experience in configuring and customizing workflows and forms
- Ability to design and develop complex solutions in Opentext
- Knowledge of Opentext REST APIs and integration with external systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Solid understanding of business systems and manufacturing environments.
- Solid understanding of system life cycle methodologies
