About the role
- Collaborate with team to develop, design, and deliver industrial water/wastewater projects across the U.S.
- Responsible for staying at the forefront of technical approaches and contributing innovation and project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership to staff in the Industrial Water/Wastewater Practice.
- Develop and maintain client-advisor relationships that lead to business and repeat business for the firm.
- Assist and or lead on proposal preparation and pursuit of new client and project opportunities.
- Conduct research and innovate within project opportunities to implement new methods.
Requirements
- M.S. (P.E. or other certification/advanced degree preferred) in Engineering.
- 10 - 15 years of professional experience with an engineering consulting firm.
- Demonstrated experience serving industrial clients.
- Strong appreciation of and commitment to safe work practices is mandatory
- Background in biological wastewater treatment and design.
- Industrial client engineering and/or design-build expertise, preferably in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical/chemical, data center, life sciences, and/or consumer products markets.
- Strong written and verbal skills and demonstrated track record of publishing technical work.
