Reporting directly to the Materials & Logistics Lead and the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking the effective receipt, storage, movement and control of all materials to support the business and for liaising with other Supply Chain, end user groups, third parties and our client’s Supply Base & Marine contractors to ensure that all materials and equipment are received, marshalled and shipped in accordance with company procedures and internal controls.

Requirements
You must have full work rights to work in this Australian location.
Ideally, you will hold a post-secondary qualifications from a recognised institution and have a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in materials / logistics within the Oil & Gas industry.
Qualifications for dangerous Goods by Sea & Air
Manual handling / Forklift licence and experience
MSIC and TBosiet Certifications
Varied and detailed work experience in the industry which would allow understanding of and exposure to key material control and logistics concepts and principles
Previous experience with ERP systems (i.e. ERM, Maximo, Oracle, SAP)
The ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and coordinate & prioritise activities accordingly
Be commercially astute with a “solutions mindset”, sound management of risk, consistent with safety and commercial requirements.
Be customer-focused with an ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders while balancing operational excellence to contribute to the competitive advantage of #teamwood.
