About the role
- You are responsible for the entire recruiting process — from needs analysis with our leadership to creating clear job postings and all the way to contract signing. In this role you act as a strategic sparring partner on equal footing.
- Using active sourcing, creative search strategies and a keen eye for potential, you identify and engage suitable candidates — especially within digital, creative and technology environments.
- You conduct interviews in a structured, appreciative and professional manner, ensuring cultural fit and technical competence are given equal consideration.
- You strategically develop our recruiting processes, manage them using data and relevant KPIs, and establish smart, scalable guidelines for hiring managers to elevate all stakeholders in the recruiting process — with a focus on candidate experience and business impact.
- Together with Marketing and the People & Culture team, you strengthen our employer brand and develop initiatives to position WongDoody as an attractive employer in the market.
- In collaboration with our parent company Infosys, you operate within international structures and align global recruiting standards with local requirements.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in end-to-end recruiting and active sourcing via platforms like LinkedIn (ideally in an agency, tech or digital environment).
- You know how to advise hiring managers professionally, challenge expectations and jointly develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Data is not an end in itself for you: you work in a structured, KPI-driven way and derive concrete improvements from analyses.
- Experience with modern recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems — ideally also in an international context.
- A strong instinct for people, excellent communication skills and a confident presence across hierarchy levels.
- A structured, self-directed working style and the ability to keep an overview even when handling multiple concurrent vacancies.
- You communicate confidently and authentically — in German and English.
